Starting today (7/22) from 12:06 (UTC+8), our team received several reports from players of being unable to make in-app purchases.
After investigating, EROLABS discovered an issue with the deduction of Ecoins resulting in players not being able to use their Ecoins to make in-app purchases (players’ Ecoins weren't being deducted).
As of 12:57 (UTC+8), EROLABS has fixed this issue. Players can now once again successfully make in-app purchases.
